I am an experienced programmer and have been working in programming and computers since before there even was an internet. I also have small business and niche marketing experience, and so understand what it is to see a golden opportunity and take it. Rather than looking at today’s economy as a downturn, with so many people being laid off, I see it as the economy becoming decentralized and creating opportunity for individuals to take off on their own wing power, for each one to bring his or her unique value to the marketplace, in a world that had been missing them before. We are going from large centralized homogenized corporations to millions of decentralized colors and flavors, as individuals, and micro businesses express themselves with the unique value that each offers the world.
